- Call about group rates and group specifications.
- Security Deposit Required During Check-in.
- 3-night minimum for advance reservations for the Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day, Weekend and special events. Two night minimum all other times. Rates and minimum stays may change as per management.
- A 1/3 deposit is required on all reservations of 3 nights or more. One night's deposit required on all reservations of less than 3 nights. Balance due on arrival.
- Two weeks notice of cancellation is required for full refund, minus a $25 fee. Cancellation within two weeks of check-in will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Weekly rates are not affected by holiday or weekend rates.
- AARP (50+), with approved ID, will be given a 10% discount of 3 nights or more. Only one discount per unit. Please ask for discount when making reservations.
- Add applicable MD State Tax and City Tax.
- Any individual under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Daily housekeeping service provided (except dishes).
- Pets only allowed on beaches and boardwalk from Oct. 1st to May 1st (this is per OC law).
- Pet units will have a non-refundable $10.00 fee per day.
- Pet condos are specifically designated, and limited. You must tell us in advance if you intend to bring a pet to ensure the availability. NO EXCEPTIONS! Only 2 pets per unit with the exception of studio with one pet. A 50lb. weight limit per pet will be enforced.
- One parking space per unit.
- Check In: after 3:00 PM
- Check Out: 11:00 AM
- Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Traveler's Checks, Money Orders and Cash Accepted (no personal checks accepted at check-in).
